| How long have
you been with the crew? I've been a member of the DJ BoBo crew since the summer 1999. What's funkiest about the BoBo-crew? The working atmosphere - it's almost like a little family. We really like each other. When we work we really do work, but after the job is done we have a lot of fun together. That's really important. It's essential to separate work from fun. What's your favorite song/dance sequence? There are a couple of songs I really like depending on what mood I am in. When you are driving in a convertible and the sun is shining you will probably prefer "There is a Party". But on stage I prefer dancing the choreography of "Together" and I also like "What a Feeling". During those two songs I can give all my power. Did you get any training? When you are at a casting, there is a choreographer who shows you 8 eight-counts. And you have only one or two minutes to learn the steps. If you can do it - you will get the job, if not - you're out. You can have 4 years of dance training but if you don't have the feeling of it you won't get the job. Ant that's what it's all about. For that reason I quit my dance training because I got so many offers. What's your main job in the BoBo-crew? My main job is to be on stage and to give 100 percent. And that's what I want to do. Have you been on stage with other stars? I've been on tour with several artists. I came to Germany in 1992 working together with artists like Whigfield, Caught-in-the-Act, C-Block. Now it's 2001 and I'm on tour with DJ BoBo. |
